Two blasts in Oslo, windows of building shattered

Norway :Breaking News just in : Two blasts in Oslo the capital of Norway, windows of building shattered. Many were injured and buildings were evacuated. Cause of the blast is not known yet.

Television footage from the scene showed that the blasts caused damage to the number official buildings of Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg. The explosions  could be heard over the capital Oslo which indicates that these big blasts.
