Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Lal Krishna Advani Thursday visited the Mumbai city and also met those injured in the terror attack. L.K.Advani said that the continuous attack on the Mumbai attack cannot be viewed as intelligence failure rather it should be viewed as policy failure of the Governments both centre and state. The question now raises: Is it not the lack of political will of our leaders ?
