Amar Singh may be questioned in Cash-for-votes scandal


New Delhi: The Delhi Police arrested Sohail Hindustani  yesterday whoi was allegedly the middleman who offered three BJP MPs a crore to support the Prime Minister Manmohan Sing  during a trust vote in July 2008 of the first UPA government in the centre.
Before his arrest, Mr Hindustani was questioned by the Delhi police for six hours. Now, the electronic media looking at this incident as , he was acting on behalf of Amar Singh. During the first term of UPA coalition government at the centre, Mr Singh was a senior leader of the Samajwadi Party (SP)  and was an important  ally of the UPA.
Hence, these days Mr.Amar Sing is in the centre of the media and it appears that Mr. Sing might be questioned in Cash-for-votes scandal , which  is turning  out to be a big story in the Indian electronic  and print media.
